Our refund and return policy is approximately 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are several types of items that are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products containing intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the product you purchased to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are given:

Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or has parts missing through no fault of ours.

Any merchandise returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued.

Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please send an email to [email protected].


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. The gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

Shipping returns

To return the product, you should mail the product to: Floor G, Tower B, 104 Fa Yuen Street, Mong Kok.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
